Membership Types

Member-owned, the club is, first and foremost, accessible. With a maximum of 350 golfing ("Founder") members, there is room on the course for all who wish to play. To obtain detailed membership information, please complete the request form.

We are sure that one of these Membership categories will fit your specific needs.

Founder Membership:  $7,500 stock purchase  -  $6,485 annual operating dues  -  $1,200 capital dues  -  $1,000 food & beverage minimum
Founder Membership is available to an individual, or jointly, to a married couple.  As the nucleus of the Club, each Founder Member will share in ownership of the Club, can vote on affairs of the Club and hold elected office.  No Member may own more than one share of stock in the Club.  The selling price of stock is established by the Board of Directors and is subject to change as conditions indicate.  Founder Members commit for annual dues from April 1 to March 31 (our fiscal year) and are allowed the privilege of paying them semi-annually.  This membership category is limited to 350.

Associate Membership: Annual Dues - $3,950 (plus sales tax)     Capital Dues - $1,200 (billed monthly)     Food & Beverage Minimum - $600 (annually)
A simple and affordable solution for single golfers, the Associate Membership is a streamlined version of our Founder Membership. It offers the same privileges as a Founder Membership including year-round use of the clubhouse, golf course, practice facilities, tennis facilities and dining rooms for one individual member. Other members of the family of the Associate Member are eligible to use all the facilities of the club except for golf, but they may play golf and pay appropriate guest fees. Founder-in-Waiting / Trial Membership:  -  $6,485 annual operating dues -  $1,200 capital dues  -  $1,000 food & beverage minimum
This membership is offered to an individual or jointly to a married couple.  This membership is offered to perspective Founder candidates when there is no Founder stock available or when a candidate would like a one year trial membership before committing to a share of stock.  It has the same privileges as a Founder Member except they cannot vote on Club affairs, hold office or serve on committees.  At the end of one year when a share of Founder stock becomes available, it will be offered to the Founder-in-Waiting Member and they will have 14 days to accept or reject it.  If a Founder-in-Waiting Member rejects an offer to purchase Founder stock, they may serve out their dues year, but it cannot be renewed.

Founder-in-Waiting / Associate Membership: -  $3,950 annual operating dues - $1,200 capital dues  -  $600 food & beverage minimum                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Founder-in-Waiting Membership is offered to an individual.  Compared to a Founder Membership, Associate members enjoy lower annual dues and are subject to a lower Food & Beverage spending minimum, and no stock purchase is required.  Associate members cannot vote on Club Affairs, hold office or serve on committees.  There are also no family benefits to this membership as it strictly covers one individual.  This membership can be upgraded to a Founder Membership at any time, at the then current price, provided there is a membership available.

All memberships below are for one year. Dues payable in advance.  May start at any time of the year.

Social Membership:     -     $1,000 initiation    -    $1,250 annual operating dues   -    $1,000 food & beverage minimum
Social Membership is available to an individual or jointly to a married couple.  Social members have year round use of clubhouse, tennis facilities and dining rooms.  Social Membership includes summer golf privileges May through October with payment of guest fee and cart fee.

Social Member / Enhanced Membership:  -  $1,000 iniation  -  $1,900 annual operating dues  -  $1,000 food & beverage minimum  Enhanced Social Membership includes summer golf privileges May through October with no green fees and year round use of practice facilities.  This membership is limited to 20 and is subject to annual review by the Board of Directors.

Tennis Membership:   -   $550 (single) dues / $950 (family) dues  -  $200 capital dues  -  No food & beverage minimum
Tennis Membership is available to an individual or jointly married couple and has use of tennis facilities and dining rooms only.

Dining Membership:    -   $330 annual operating dues   -   No food & beverage minimum
Dining Members enjoy the use of dining rooms by reservation for their own use and to entertain guests.
